Apprenticeship Degrees Are Built By Coalitions

Successful work-embedded degrees aren't built in isolation—they thrive through strong regional partnerships. Joining ADNet Cohort 4 gives higher education and business leaders direct access to an active, year-round community designed to accelerate program design, launch, and expansion.

By applying alongside up to two partners—such as a university, employer, or workforce board—you instantly build a collaborative ecosystem to learn side-by-side from day one. Members unlock continuous expert guidance, proven blueprints, and peer support through interactive webinars, a dedicated Slack network, direct consulting from NCAD Fellows, and an annual immersive convening.

As Holly Smith, NCAD's Executive Director, told the room at the close of this year's Convening: “We're stronger together. It doesn't matter what you're working on or where you are in your journey. We are stronger together.” 

Lay the groundwork for a strong, sustainable Apprenticeship Degree program. This phase helps you build internal readiness, engage employers, and design programs that reflect both academic integrity and workforce relevance. Partners in the Foundations phase will receive the following support.

No. Cohort 4 membership is completely free. This applies to both new and returning (‘Advanced Practitioner’) members.
