Apprenticeship Degree Network

Bring Your Coalition. Build Together

ADNet Cohort 4 is a free, cohort-based community that brings together those exploring, implementing, or scaling Apprenticeship Degrees, alongside a partner like an employer, workforce board, chamber of commerce, or other community partner, to learn together. Bringing a second partner? Even better: Cohort 4 welcomes up to two. Apply today.

Apprenticeship Degrees Are Built By Coalitions

Every ADNet member brings at least one partner already part of their Apprenticeship Degree work: an employer, workforce board, chamber of commerce, school district, or other community organization. Building toward a fuller coalition? Bring a second. Cohort 4 welcomes institutions, employers, and workforce boards learning side by side from day one.

That peer engagement is the heart of ADNet, and it comes to life most fully at the annual ADNet Convening. This year's attendees described it as feeling “less like a conference and more like a community.” That community continues year-round through monthly discussion-driven webinars, the ADNet Slack, and direct support from NCAD Fellows.

No matter your industry, organizational structure, or apprenticeship experience, whether you're just Exploring the idea or actively Scaling an established program, ADNet meets you where you are.

Launching the Tennessee Grow Your Own Center has been mostly exciting but also uncertain, so it was a gift to connect with like-minded colleagues through the apprenticeship degree network. ADNet is welcoming, solutions-oriented, and focused on creating opportunity for all.
