About the 2025 Convening

The Inaugural ICAD Convening at Oxford University will be a global gathering of experts and practitioners dedicated to advancing Apprenticeship Degrees.

Set against the historic backdrop of Oxford, this event offers an immersive experience that drives dynamic change for education-to-career systems,  including off-site visits to work-based learning and apprenticeship providers. Participants will include thought leaders, educators, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, all coming together to shape the future of higher education and workforce integration through actionable solutions.

Partnering with Reach University and the National Center for the Apprenticeship Degree has been a powerful force in advancing apprenticeship as the future of sustainable, equity-centered teacher preparation. The Apprenticeship Degree Network (ADNet) brings together visionary leaders who are thoughtfully designing systems that honor the strengths of our communities and the brilliance of aspiring educators. If you are serious about systems change and reimagining what is possible in educator pathways, you will want a seat at this table.
