ICAD is focused on scaling Apprenticeship Degrees worldwide—propelling institutions, employers, and policymakers from promising ideas to proven impact.

We connect the best of U.S. and global apprenticeship-based degree advancement, helping partners design employer-aligned programs, spark cross-sector collaboration, and advance the scholarship that drives continuous improvement. The result is a dynamic global system where learnings can be shared, innovative pathways take root faster, and every degree seeker gains access to high-quality, work-integrated education.

Leadership Development

The Executive Apprenticeship & Global Leaders in Excellence (EAGLE) Program is designed for innovators with a global view to develop the skills to transform their institutions through work-based learning and Apprenticeship Degrees.

Partnering with Reach University and the National Center for the Apprenticeship Degree has been a powerful force in advancing apprenticeship as the future of sustainable, equity-centered teacher preparation. The Apprenticeship Degree Network (ADNet) brings together visionary leaders who are thoughtfully designing systems that honor the strengths of our communities and the brilliance of aspiring educators. If you are serious about systems change and reimagining what is possible in educator pathways, you will want a seat at this table.
